The American Small Business Coalition partners with Post Newsweek Tech Media to co-produce FOSE 2007 Small Business Pavilion at DC Convention Center March 20-22.
Washington, DC (Issues Wire / PRWEB) November 15, 2006 -- Government technology buyers will find a radically expanded small business presence at FOSE 2007, in large part to The American Small Business Coalition (The ASBC) which has signed on to co-produce the small business pavilion. The FOSE Small Business Pavilion will showcase small businesses offering technologies and services that support the government's missions. In addition, The ASBC will produce educational activities and schedule meetings between small business and government as well as industry officials in the pavilion.
"Small technology and professional service companies are the innovators, and government is eager to tap the creativity of these companies," said Bill Howell, vice president and general manager for PostNewsweek Tech Media. "This year at FOSE, small businesses will hold a dominate position in the front of the trade show where FOSE's 20,000 government buyers can meet and test drive the best of what's new. Over 500 technology firms exhibit at FOSE, and small companies will be front and center with the help of our partner, The American Small Business Coalition."
"The ASBC provides small businesses with the insights and tools they need to cultivate successful relationships within the Federal sector," said Guy Timberlake, co-founder, The American Small Business Coalition. "The FOSE 2007 Small Business Pavilion enables companies to highlight their innovations to the largest tech buyer in the world. To give government the broadest of choices, the Pavilion will highlight a full gamut of small tech and professional services companies from the various socio-economic designations recognized by the SBA for Federal contracting."
Now in its 31st year, FOSE 2007 will take place on Tuesday - Thursday, March 20 - 22 at the Washington DC Convention Center. Registration is free for government at www.fose.com.
