HR Publisher Offers Free Employee Attitude Surveys to Employers Nationwide

BLR is offering free employee attitude surveys to companies nationwide. For minimal effort and no cost, each cooperating organization will receive a complimentary, custom-written report on how their workforce views supervision, communication, teamwork, and chances for advancement. The report will also benchmark their employees' responses to those at similar size and type companies nationwide.

Old Saybrook, Conn (Issues Wire / PRWEB) March 8, 2007 -- How do America's workers feel about their jobs? Their companies? Their bosses? Their fellow workers?

America is about to find out. Human resources publisher Business & Legal Reports, Inc. (BLR) has announced its first nationwide employee attitude survey, called the "National Employee Attitude Survey (NEAS)".

Co-sponsor is BLR's free daily email newsletter of practical HR tips, HR Daily Advisor.

The survey asks thousands of employers to help BLR send a questionnaire to their workers, asking about workplace communication, supervision, teamwork and chances for advancement. Experts have long linked these issues to employee morale and retention, major factors in business success.

Survey is free, and asks minimal effort from employers.

In return, every participating employer will receive a free, custom-written, confidential report on their own workers' attitudes, and how they compare to those at like companies nationwide. BLR has run similar surveys on compensation and benefits for 25 years.

BLR's CEO Bob Brady highlighted the importance of comparing results with other companies. "Employers can finally benchmark their results against others, something most haven't been able to do" he said, "and find out if problems are theirs alone or larger than that.

"And because the survey is free," he added, "even smaller organizations can learn their employees' attitudes, perhaps for the first time."

He added that the survey had been designed for minimal effort by employers. "They sign up, email a link to employees that accesses the 15-minute questionnaire, and the next thing they see is their report," he said.

Employers wishing more information, or who wish to sign up, may do so at http://hrdailyadvisor.blr.com/NEAS. They may join anytime, but those wishing to be included in the first wave of results should register by Friday, April 20, 2007.
