Boca Beth Brings the Celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month to Life for Children

The award-winning Boca Beth Language Series brings bilingual education and entertainment through song and activities for children 0-10 years old to life. Taking the stress out and putting the fun in, Boca Beth helps parents, teachers and child-care providers celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with no prior knowledge of Spanish and provides the step-by-step guide to success in leading children in English/Spanish learning activities. A guaranteed good time is had by all.

Tampa, FL (Issues Wire / PRWEB) August 9, 2007 -- Classrooms from preschool through elementary level have experienced a cultural change and influx of Spanish speaking students like no other in history. More than 54% of the current Hispanic population is no longer found in the urban Meccas of Miami, New York or Los Angeles; they are living in the suburbs according to a study conducted by the Brookings Institution Center on Urban and Metropolitan Policy and the Pew Hispanic Center (2002).

The Boca Beth Bilingual Language Learning Series and Educator's Club, developed by educator Beth Butler, bridges the gap between English speaking teachers and care-givers and Spanish speaking children, while teaching English speaking children a second language.

The links between future educational success and preschool learning are well established. Children soak up a second language prior to their teens and this provides more than a new skill, it helps them advance academically in all subject areas
"The links between future educational success and preschool learning are well established. Children soak up a second language prior to their teens and this provides more than a new skill, it helps them advance academically in all subject areas," states Beth Butler, the founder of the Boca Beth Language Series. "We designed our program for the realities of today's society -- a critical need to communicate, educate and entertain children in a dual language setting -- without the need to be bilingual."

Boca Beth brings the Spanish speaking culture to life with its simple and affordable series of CDs and DVDs designed for children from ages birth to 10. Using a combination of highly respected educational tools; rhyme, picture naming and alliteration, the Boca Beth songs and activities make everyone a master teacher. The simple to use flash cardsand games fortify the Individual Growth and Development Indicators (IGDI) critical to early literacy and future success in reading.

Beth Butler has been recognized for her contribution to bilingual education by Parent to Parent's Adding Wisdom Award, Learning Magazine's Teachers' Choice Award for the Family and the National Parenting Center among others. Beth and Boca, the live character figure who accompanies her on her national speaking engagements, bring more than entertainment to the table. Boca Beth brings understanding of the commonalities of our human desires for acceptance, love and harmony, regardless of the language we speak. Butler continually delights her audiences and brings out the child in all of us, in Spanish and English!

Boca Beth makes it easy for everyone to incorporate a little bit of Hispanic fun into Hispanic Heritage Month with 4 activities children love, free with the purchase of any CD or DVD. This offer runs until October 15, 2007.
