Updated Traffic Counts Now Available From Spatial Insights

Spatial Insights now offers the newest release of MPSI's TrafficMetrix®, the most extensive and current traffic count data for the U.S. The updated version 8.0 of TrafficMetrix® consists of more than 1.1 million geographically referenced traffic volume counts, 18,470 of which were added or updated for this release. Over 60% of the counts are dated from the year 2000 or more recent.

Over 60% of the counts are dated from the year 2000 or more recent.

MPSI rigorously updates their traffic counts, compiled from the hundreds of municipalities that measure traffic. In addition to being standardized, the counts are geocoded and aligned to the street networks for easy use within GIS software. TrafficMetrix® is available in most GIS formats.
