Steve Case was singled out for the Leadership Award in recognition of his visionary enabling of healthcare consumers, through Revolution Health, to become more proactively involved in their care. Award Winners will be selected (by secret ballot) by the senior healthcare industry executives attending the Awards Event, after hearing presentations from each Finalist company.
