Turner and Buffett's decision to align themselves with AREDAY demonstrates their desire to bring solutions for climate and energy challenges to the forefront of our national dialogue.
Presented by producers Reitman of Blue Water Entertainment and Dale Rosenbloom of Open Pictures, Fields of Fuel chronicles the personal journey of Josh Tickell, one of the nation's leading experts on sustainable biofuels, as he shows Americans how to take back their country one gas tank at a time. Tickell's first book, "From the Fryer to the Fuel Tank - The Complete Guide to Using Vegetable Oil as an Alternative Fuel," sparked a biodiesel revolution in the 1990s and his two-year "Veggie Van" tour around the country to promote biodegradable biodiesel garnered international media attention and jump-started this now booming industry.

Widely regarded as the "Green Producer," Greg Reitman, the founder of Blue Water Entertainment, Inc., an independent production company focusing on environmentally conscious entertainment. In addition to producing "Fields of Fuel," Reitman wrote, produced, and directed the feature documentary "Hollywood's Magical Island - Catalina" (2003), syndicated on American Public Television (APT). He is currently in production on his new feature film, "Rooted in Peace."
